他們好像會盡量避免，
因為煮太快造成燒焦現象的食物出現。
所以不像一般早餐店用大火去快煮。
就會造成出餐有點慢。

店內環境簡單乾淨，座位數18個左右，不算多，所以經常是滿座狀態。
餐點出餐速度不一定，不過因為是現做，上桌都是熱呼呼的美味。整理桌面的效率很快，隨時都有乾淨座位區可以坐。
