The deputy chairman, Mr. Shen Wendian, provided an oral account of the origin of the temple construction of the Taiwomen of the Southern Tianmen Gate. The content is as follows: The founder of the temple was the late chairman Mr. Lu Wenlong, and the land of the temple was also owned by Mr. Lu Wenlong’s wife, Ms. Lu Chen Axiang; it was originally from the local folk beliefs, mainly based on the world, and all felt that the gods were prominent. Advent indicates that its source of incense is due to mainland China. Therefore, in 1990, Mr. Lu Wenlong called for a delegation to go to mainland China to inspect the source of the incense according to the instructions of the gods and ask the gods to return to Taiwan to build temples for worship. The temple enshrines the five main gods, the sources of incense are as follows: Prince Nezha was invited by Nezha Cave, Cuiping Mountain, Yibin, Sichuan, and then delivered incense from the Prince Slope of Wudang Mountain. Our Lady of Heaven was invited to Taiwan by the Tianhou Temple in Quanzhou. Xuantian God was invited by Wudang Mountain. Chitose in Chifu was invited by Zhangzhou. Wu De Zunhou was invited by Zhangzhou Zhaoan. This temple was founded by Ding Chou and Guiyue in 1986 (1997).
