這大概是我這一兩年來最好的甜點體驗了(no kidding,太久的也記不住了 XDDD),很舒服的地方與氛圍,很精緻的陳設,還有很忙碌的午後。實在是感到汗顏沒能早點成行,但終究是一了心願! 以下是個人感受 :) 檸檬塔 -- 與許久之前的味覺回憶相比,酸味少兩分,甜味少一分,但和諧溫潤卻多了十分,餅乾感覺不存在,僅留口感卻不搶主角任何風采。 香草千層 -- 入口第一瞬間是?????許多問號,香草卡士達的味道與腦袋中所有的經驗迥異,想了許久,我想可能是我的味蕾被過多糖與人工香料欺負了許久,反璞歸真大概需要一些時間,得再去造訪一次才能確定。千層餅乾好的沒話說,脆度、甜度皆屬上乘,與茶是絕配。 提拉米蘇 -- 肯定是大人的味道,成熟的味道,喜歡到不行,是我嚐過的前三名。 玫瑰覆盆子口味閃電泡芙 -- 討喜到不行的外表,像Ferrari烤漆表面般完美的深紅(不是Rosso Corsa,再深一點,是Rouge Barchetta 吧! [紅色小舟,恰如其名!XDDD] ),與美麗線條的爽脆泡芙,讓人捨不得吃下肚。香草卡士達的味道和千層一般,仍是挑戰著我的腦袋,覆盆子融合香草卡士達的味道,讓我忘了是否有一抹玫瑰味 :) 老了... (是說我) 熱情百香慕斯蛋糕 -- 很百香果,一旁小餅乾雖不多,卻恰到好處地增添口感,那微微酸與甜的百香果味,就是名為熱情的原因吧。我覺得這個蛋糕很別緻,如果因為她看來像平民般好親近,就越過她而選擇其他法國名較濃郁的品項,就錯過彷彿在法國長大、受文化洗禮的吉普賽女郎,熱情不是海浪般強勁,反而餘韻綿長。 妳之前問我為何覺得妳會是個有潛力成功的 pâtissier,我想是因為妳的作品都有對材料與味道的堅持,不想妥協的驕傲,以及肆意揮灑的創意,與不斷嘗試後達到圓融的努力。光聽妳對客人不厭其煩、耳提面命地說著甜點、蛋白糖怎麼保存、何時吃,我想妳的匠氣就已滿到溢出來灑了一地 XDDDD (像我說 機解、肌動、生物力學對PT有多重要般,很重要,所以說到耳朵長繭...) 一定會找機會再訪,除了再次驗證香草卡士達之外,大概就是為了Canelé。我也覺得這個時期的妳再上課是好,就像已經有一定程度治療病人經驗的治療師再次重拾學理與臨床的訓練,會有不同層次的體會,與創新突破的空間。 妳說壓力大,我的造訪會讓妳緊張,沒的事,好到不行! (只差一杯薄甜酒,但喝酒不開車 XDDD)

可麗露比一般市面上賣的還要大顆一點,外酥內軟,香氣十足!檸檬塔搭配上面的蛋白糖霜,酸度剛好,塔皮酥脆好吃。自備容器去還有折扣,很讚!
