湯頭很香 但不建議喜歡麻辣的同學來吃
點過大辣 還是沒感覺 反而是菜麵上面全是辣油
泡麵的部分吃過兩次覺得都有點過軟爛
無法一邊慢慢吃著料慢慢吃麵 麵會爛光
環境很整潔 服務態度也很好 蔬菜很新鮮

再談論到食材的部分，每樣食材都是精心挑選的，非常符合市場需求，可以說是用心良苦。
談論到員工的部分，裡面的員工每個人都非常敬業，員工認真的樣子是我常來吃這家店的原因之一。
最後重點就是廚藝啦，我認為這家店的乾拌口味非常好吃，其他湯麵的湯頭也非常可口也不會太油膩，我認為嚐湘是虎尾一間非常值得來吃的店。
