早晨到訪虎尾中正路上，發現這不起眼的行動餐車…被 闆娘熱情吆喝著招牌口語「鬼碗」=幾碗？吸引?
第一次吃到素食麵線，這碗真讓我為之驚艷！
酥炸之後豆製素料，加入闆娘新鮮熬煮筍絲麵線。鮮甜堆疊多層次口感…香而不膩！喜歡吃辣的老饕，也可試試闆娘特調辣醬。一整個味蕾提升真讓人黯然銷魂，齒頰留香啊！???

First time eating vegetarian noodles, this bowl really amazes me!
After deep-frying, the soy-based ingredients are added to the panniang, and the noodles are freshly boiled with bamboo shoots. Fresh and sweet stacked multi-layered taste... fragrant but not greasy! If you like spicy food, you can also try Pan Niang's special spicy sauce. The improvement of the whole taste buds is really ecstasy, and the fragrance is left on the cheeks! ???
