可惜的是櫃檯接電話護士態度非常惡劣。今天家裡長輩腰疼得厲害，怕現場等候椅子坐太久更痛，所以打電話詢問現場掛號幾點結束或建議幾點過去好，有告知我不住在當地，沒見過這麼囂張的，不耐煩的說⋯我不知道，要妳就現在來掛號，我再告訴妳幾點過來！ 我們就是這樣沒辦法！
有問跟沒問一樣，差別是問了整個壞了心情！
是怕生意太好，找個爛接聽來減少客源嗎？ 不是要什麼噓寒問暖頂級問候，但該有的基本服務態度不應該這麼差勁！
