Bronze Statue Ring of Tuku Memorial Righteous Person

A bronze statue commemorating the justice of Chen Yichun is standing in the circle of Tongzhen Township in Yunlin County. Mr. Chen is from a local area, graduated from Waseda University during the Japanese rule, and was an excellent elite in Taiwan society.
