把冬粉湯跟碎豬肉，豬腸，豬血等豬雜部分
再放上韭菜一起吃的好滋味
份量不小，而且豬肉碎幾乎都是瘦肉
怕吃肥肉的這間可能比較合胃口
但是這間口味偏清淡，我個人比較不愛
