★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 招牌「排骨酥麵」湯頭清甜、帶點油蔥調味，但不油膩；麵條軟硬也煮的剛好；至於排骨酥⋯可能是個人被「豐原」的調味、口感⋯吃刁了嘴，總覺得這家的排骨酥稍嫌不到位，軟骨的部分也似乎料理的不夠軟，有點難直接嚼食⋯。
但整體來說，價格算親民，用餐環境也還可以。
The signature "ribs crispy noodles" soup is sweet and seasoned with a little oil onion, but not greasy; the noodles are soft and hard and cooked just right; as for the ribs crispy ... it may be that individuals are seasoned and tasted by "Fengyuan" ... I feel that this ribs crisp is not in place, and the cartilage part seems to be not soft enough, it is a bit difficult to chew directly ...
But overall, the price is close to the people, and the dining environment is ok.
