在地40年的老味道,對於在外流浪的遊子來說,沒吃過等於沒有回家,我是不吃辣,愛吃辣的別忘了加上他的辣醬。沒有麵衣,直接整條「貴」直接炸,趁熱吃,特別酥脆,如果想買回台北吃,他也有提供半熟品可以帶回家用烤箱或油鍋自己炸。別猶豫了,趕快去吃。

以前回鄉下,阿公總是會一早去排隊幫我們買回熱騰騰的炸粿,一口咬下,酥脆外皮包著嫩嫩的白粿,咀嚼後會散發淡淡的米香氣,一個接一個真的停不下來? 阿公過世後,阿嬤也搬上台北,就再也沒有機會吃到這個口味,希望老闆可以健健康康地做下去,讓我們兒時的美味永遠流傳在麥寮的中山路上。 謝謝老闆做出這麼美味的食物

After chewing, it would emit a faint aroma of rice, one after another. Can't stop ? After grandpa passed away, grandma also moved to Taipei, and never had the chance to eat this flavor again. I hope the boss can continue to make it healthy and let the delicious taste of our childhood be passed down on Zhongshan Road in Mailiao forever. Thank you boss for making such delicious food
