櫃檯人員態度極差，令人白眼
當消費者於『猶豫期』的期間內退回商品時，雙方的買賣契約當然就解除了！不過解除買賣契約後接著就是『回復原狀』
關於損壞賠償的規定，若廠商的約定比較民法２５９條的規定對消費者較不利時，這樣的約定是無效的（十九條三項）！
1.當消費者不願購買該項商品時，於接到商品的七日內消費者可不需理由退貨！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天...居然在這間省錢超市，發現海倫仙杜斯原來是有『家庭號』的1200ml規格的捏....重點是就算是一般市售版的小瓶裝，我無論是在其他的那間連鎖性通路買，都從來沒有低於NT$200的經驗（這間的小瓶裝，現在優惠期間...NT$199)，所以就一次性直接敗大瓶小瓶各一，試驗若是品質也確定沒有問題，下回再來好好幫他們宣傳一下，呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵！
