★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二天前就打電話約好周六來家裡丈量, 而且也給了地址, 還特別提醒google 導航會到. 當天我還一大早主動再打電話確認時間。等到約定的時間快到了, 一個奇怪的人(自稱不是老闆, 店員卻說他是)突然打電話說臨時有客人要延一個半小時, 又說不知道在怎麼去, 理由很多, 最後竟然說不來了. 浪費我一個休假日. 很沒信用的公司.
I called two days ago to make an appointment to come to my home on Saturday to take a measurement. I also gave the address and reminded me that the google navigation will arrive. I took the initiative to call again early in the morning to confirm the time. When the agreed time was approaching, a strange person (who claimed to be not the boss, but the clerk said he was) suddenly called and said that there was a temporary visitor who would be delayed for an hour and a half. I wasted a holiday. Very untrustworthy company.
