★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度極差，處處刁難客戶，對於老人不夠尊重，言語極差，每次去都沒客戶，行員一直在聊是非，客戶需要幫忙的時候只會坐在裡面，素質跟銀行差太多了，低收補助需要開戶不給開戶，刁難一堆問題就是不給開，還說：不然你去銀行開戶就好了，難怪沒什麼客戶……這種處理事情態度誰還敢去
