或許只是個案吧?希望其他人不是如此。 因為騎得是同牌子的機車,自然以原廠招牌作為第一優先選項進場保養;雖說只是簡易的更換機油這類的日常,但每一次保養之後,總覺的有些怪怪的地方;說不上來是什麼,但店家的態度、用心度,就一直覺得哪邊不太對勁。 直到後來因緣際會跑到其他店面做出耗材更換事件之後,稍微抓到了一點緣由。 因為自己大概只是騎一台速克達,然後又只是更換機油、齒輪油這一類定期保養,然後沒有賺頭的事情,所以才出現這樣子的慵懶吧? 這種感覺與其說「慵懶」,到不如說更貼近「厭惡」,還比較能夠說明。 原因大概就是前面所述的,老是只有這一類的事情,辛苦然後只有零頭;加上速克達本身零件能給予的回收,慢又少,看到了這一類的消費者,大概巴不得快點消失吧? 既然如此,能將就面對就將就面對,能敷衍了事就敷衍了事,就成為優先事項了。 如果騎的是擋車、重機、或者是牽車進來,或許是另一種光景吧? 可是如果真是這樣,那太糟糕了……。 消費者在店家眼中,真的只有「肥羊」這選項嗎? 感覺真糟。

服務態度沒有很好,詢問這個可否拆開清潔,話都還沒說完,就被回拆那個沒用,老實說當下就印證前面評論者的負評價,奇蒙子的問題,非Suzuki的車,誠心建議您找別家比較好,想說有經銷店料件比較好保養,但態度上真的讓人怯步,我覺得日後就自己備料更換了。
