脆皮部分皆保有油脂，雞肉軟嫩、鴨肉也不柴。滷汁不會太鹹，但白飯本身較為軟爛，加上滷汁會更加無顆粒口感。
推薦可以索取辣包，辣菜脯不油又有辣，很下飯。
