設計師-陸藝斯 第一次消費時就花了超久的時間跟我溝通,當時我決定要燙,他還叫我不要太衝動,先試看看剪髮,覺得不錯之後再考慮來燙。 完全感受得到他對美髮的熱情,專業的服務態度,而且很喜歡進修上課,不斷精進自己的美髮技術。 妹妹給他燙髮前決定先去修剪,結果他說不必剪繼續留長,妹妹說她第一次遇到設計師叫她不必剪,不會因為有錢賺,客人說剪就剪。 每次燙染護完都會傳訊息叮嚀客人注意事項,而且講的超詳細,有問題直接問他,他也絕對會給客人最好的建議。 因為我是細軟髮加上髮量又少,有次他改變以往的燙髮方式,我才從他口中得知他對於之前幫我燙的蓬鬆度他其實很不滿意,第一次遇到這麼追求完美的設計師,比我自己還在意我的頭髮,我真的很幸運。 仔細了解客人的整理習慣,尊重客人的想法,溝通會找到彼此的平衡點,即使我已經是老顧客,始終如一,陸藝斯真的是一個很用心的設計師,非常推薦他?

我是給陸X斯服務,本想只給一顆星,但論剪髮技術確實在斗六算是不錯,服務也是細心。可惜最後出來的作品總就令人失望,服務也出現不悅的瑕疵...看到一堆人給予稱讚,就自滿的不思進取的增進髮藝技術了嗎? 提供這種看了就覺得像似失敗作品給客人?? 想必這個回覆的人素質並不怎麼好,看不懂語文(中文字),沒小學畢業嗎?? 呵呵... 首先我是肯定了這位設計師的技術與服務,但對於我感受到技術與服務,確實有些部分感到不喜歡,才提出以上評論,希望這位設計師能更好,別因為眾多客人給予稱讚,就開始可以隨意在客人頭上做文章,而『不尊重客人的想法』,即使共同討論也像沒討論。 最後你提到的客人提升審美觀,每一位服務業應當更好的滿足及服務顧客需求,我認同每一位設計師(含各行各業)付出的努力與辛勞,但不是強迫每一位客人接受你們自己的審美觀,你們的審美觀也沒好在哪裡!謝謝 呵呵...繼續打繼續講,讓更多人知道你們是容不的半點聲音,就惱羞成怒的打了一堆攻擊性詞語來回應每位顧客。陸X斯一位優秀的設計師,難道就不會有疏失有錯誤的時候? 但他最可惜的錯誤,就是待在你們這種店裡埋沒他的才藝,得罪他辛苦建立起來的顧客群。
