業主(店員?)的回覆根本搞錯重點。 店家的出發點沒有錯,問題在於店員的執行方式讓人覺得不受尊重而且根本與事實自相矛盾。 1)在我主動說我不拿收據後,店員很明顯眼神不悅,然後烙下一句「這一定要給的」就硬丟到袋子裡。如果你一定要客人拿走,稍作解釋、好好拿給我還不至於感受如此差勁。 2)在丟那張所謂一定要給我的「明細」之前,店員還拿起原本就在機器上的上一張明細往收銀機旁邊的袋子丟,而袋子裡已經有許多張明顯沒人拿的明細。是差別待遇?還是店家自己解釋的政策根本沒有貫徹執行? 3)最後我問了一句「可不可以不拿?」店員只說「我都已經拉了!」哈囉~?我說我不拿之後你才伸手去拉,要拉不會去廁所拉嗎? 總之是很糟糕的一次消費體驗,店員給我的感覺是「你不講我還沒想到,你講了我就一定要塞給你!」 ————————————- 疫情嚴峻期間,很多店家為了減少接觸都不給紙本收據了,貴店店員還反其道而行,一支獨秀值得一提! 付款時就主動說我不拿收據了,老鳥動作慢店員聽到反而變臉說不行這是明細一定要給的,然後抓起來往我的袋子裡「丟」?! 欸不是啊這位阿姨,上一位客人的明明還在機器上被你拿起來丟旁邊,怎麼對我這麼厚禮數啊! 順帶一提,到你們店消費好幾次,其他店員都沒你這麼熱情噢!下次請不要再把我裝水果的袋子當垃圾袋,因為這是你們家賣的水果^_^
