斗六人的在地早餐店,在市場裡面的傳統銅板美食,菜頭粿的最大特色就是老闆會把表面煎到恰恰,在搭配獨門醬料,吃過就回不去了~

斗六一家早餐的老店,假日通常生意非常的好,睡太晚通常可是吃不到的喔!(通常九點過後應該都沒了)不過真心的建議兩點:(1)一定要現場吃(2)一定要平常日來。原因很簡單,假日人非常多,老闆根本沒那麼多時間把您的蘿蔔糕煎到很恰,而且現場位子也才四桌而已,老闆很堅持不認識的一律不能併桌(防疫真的做得很徹底),這一點是值得給加分的。老闆的服務態度普通,不能怪他們,因為人真的不少!至於用餐的環境,因為是臨時搭建的,所以就別要求太高喔!這個就是老店的味道。今天的餐點真的有點失望,第一因為是假日的因素,所以幾乎每塊的蘿蔔糕都是軟軟的….只有上面一兩塊稍微恰,下面的都粉粉的,要不是沒有那個加辣的米醬,根本就是不能吃。至於乾麵的部分,就跟一般外面的乾麵差不多。綜合湯的部分,豆腐幾乎都是碎掉的,還有兩顆小貢丸和一塊小豆皮,味噌湯稍微偏甜一點。 總而言之,雖然缺點很多,不過價格還蠻便宜的,下次來應該是平日了!

斗六的蘿蔔糕似乎都切成矩形柱狀,這在全台還是罕見的。他家的特點就是煎得夠焦,這口感有記憶點。自製的淋醬有自己特色,但要說驚豔?卻也沒有,就是還不錯,如此。倒是他家的豆皮湯很罕見,口感跟豆腐湯稍有不同,算是一絕。只是,一碗50元,幹嘛不只賣豆腐湯就好,豆皮成本很高,划算嗎?口味不錯。 我個人全台蘿蔔糕吃透透,恕我說一句,親朋好友與我都說我家大姐做的最好吃,不是習慣口味喔!外來人一吃也是拍手叫好。所以,我以此為標準,這家的蘿蔔糕的造訪指數,我給它四顆星85分評價。
