「財團法人雲林縣同仁仁愛之家成立於1955，為雲林縣歷史最久、規模最大 的銀髮族綜合服務機構，與日本結盟引進「自立支援」照顧技術與設備， 提供失能長者長期照護、能力回復、社區健康促進等服務，為台灣「自立 支援」照顧的倡導者，並與多所大學護理、老服相關科系合作，提供產學 合作與實習。 同仁仁愛之家為求服務更創新，每年遴選人員至日本受訓，並設置晉升制 度，支持投入第一線照顧工作人員之升遷，培養台灣優秀的長期照顧人才 ，讓有志入高齡產業的人才盡情發揮。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境清幽，院方看護人員對病人照料有方，病人的護理 復健很好，與報導的情況很接近，確實可以幫助病人慢慢的恢復健康，只可惜是全省唯一家，沒辦法普及廣大的看護市場，是現今政府施政的首要課題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入住前要先做評估，老人家情況不能太差，否則就不收（給人有一種吃軟飯的感覺），會叫你去找別家安養院，安養院不就是給有需要的人，入住嗎，怎麼還會這樣挑老人家ㄋ，如果身體都很健康，那就住自己家就好了，幹嘛還住安養院，此家安養院，既沒同情心也沒同理心，不去住也罷，比起其它家安養院，別家最起碼比較不會挑客人，只要你有需要，他們又有空床，一定會讓你入住

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我阿嬤來這住的時候，覺得這裡很好，雖然語言不太通（阿嬤是客家人）但外勞及照服員仍很用心照護。而且還有中庭可以在外面曬太陽跟散步。舅舅們也覺得環境很不錯。護理師及照護員跟外勞都很好。（之前住過，不過阿嬤去找阿公地下團聚了的家屬）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看過這麼多的機構，這家機構真的很人性化，一些復能的器具也都很先進，有專業醫療照護團隊並有專任職能治療師及營養師；對於中風初期及骨科術後需積極復建之個案是大福音。
