牛筋麵份量有點多，名符其實，連一塊牛肉都沒有，湯頭介於紅燒與清燉之間偏紅燒口味，餛飩麵，湯清淡帶甜，餛飩本身結實飽滿，可惜餡料摻入太多甘味調味料，過甜了，很可惜。豬頭皮魯得恰到好處，加蔥茉醬油，口味甚佳。

整體來說環境乾淨整潔，沒有一些麵店的油膩感，食物都OK,分量不大但我可以接受湯頭好都被我喝光了。
