店員大多顯得手忙腳亂
讓人心情煩躁....
且後到的號碼也先取餐
知道有些餐點製作較久
但 真的也太久

以下為購買時發生事件：
1）漢堡冰冷
2）紅茶半糖變無糖
3）薯條短基本看不到長的
4）事先去店面點餐，居然等了30分鐘還沒好，後來發現是因為他們都不會事先裝好而是等客人來後才裝
以上建議，請店家評估是否需製訂SOP
另外建議可以學習其他加盟店，高雄左營店家，請店長品估，祝生意興隆
