★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建德寺地母廟有腹地大的停車場，來此參拜不用擔心停車不便之問題。
靈臺山建德寺位於古坑鄉荷苞山山腰，建於清光緒34年。
廟宇牌樓後就能見到醒目的八卦掌地球九龍池，地球儀內彩繪介紹24孝，很適合大人帶小孩了解24孝的孝義精神。
寺廟正殿供奉地母至尊，又稱宇宙之母，其主要是掌管地上所有神明和事物，在寺廟左右更雕繪著地母娘娘顯靈拯救眾生的神蹟。
有些人會到此靈修打坐。
如果有到古坑、斗六或雲林旅遊推薦前來參拜。

Lingtai Mountain Jiande Temple is located on the mountainside of Hebao Mountain in Gukeng Township and was built in the 34th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty.
After the archway of the temple, you can see the eye-catching Baguazhang Earth Jiulong Pond. The color painting inside the globe introduces the 24 filial piety, which is very suitable for adults and children to understand the filial piety spirit of the 24 filial piety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靈台山建德寺地母廟（亦稱地球廟）是全台僅有的有寺又有廟的一座寺廟，是會靈聖地；主祀神明地母至尊（宇宙之母），陪祀神明為五文昌帝君、觀世音菩薩、中壇元帥。
廟前廣場建有一座「八卦掌地球九龍池」，相當特殊，底下噴泉與彩龍映襯出廟宇的磅礡氣勢，廟牆上雕繪著地母娘娘顯靈救眾生的典故，整個廟殿中雕工細緻，顏色富麗，一旁另有財神殿與地藏殿。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到荷苞山賞完桐花後，參訪了兩分鐘車程外的地母廟，一開始就被壯觀華麗的山門給震懾住了，入內後靠著柱子頂撐起地球格外引人注目，地球上還可見到五大洲，球頂上還有地母娘娘及八卦圖，還可以到球裡面參觀呢！
殿主奉地母至尊，號為宇宙之母，職掌世間所有神明與事物，與天公同尊，故在地母廟上香奉祭時先向主殿的地母上香，不同於一般寺廟先祭拜天公。
寺廟前建有「八卦掌地球九龍池」，傍晚時分涼風習習，環境清幽，是個沈澱心情的好所在！
