★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所有的食材都使用醬油入菜，很佩服謝老闆對蔬食的用心！尤其是松露炒蛋白那道餐，是我最喜歡的。整體而言是屬於重口味的，多些純蔬食的食材料理較能平衡整體感；花了大用心的烤玉米比較可惜，少了點潤口的濕潤。
 All the ingredients use soy sauce into the vegetables. I really admire Mr. Xie’s dedication to vegetable food! Especially the dish of stir-fried egg whites with truffles is my favorite. On the whole, it is a heavy taste, and more pure vegetable food ingredients can balance the overall feeling; the roasted corn with great care is a pity, and the mouth is less moist.

The proprietor’s son even gave us a personal tour in fluent English, describing in detail each step in the process and answering our questions with great enthusiasm. We loved how kind and generous the owners were with their time. We are so excited to try the different varieties of sauces we picked up. It’s heartwarming to know the next generation will carry on the traditional methods of this artisanal product. Thank you very much!
