The noodles are very chewy and delicious. The sauce is meat sauce, and the dumplings are made of leeks. I don’t like it personally.

來西螺走走，向媽祖請安後，
老街走走趣囉！
午餐時間，原本想去吃肉圓，路過麵館看到了餃子麵片，麵片就帶我進店裡用餐啦！
愛吃刀削麵、愛吃麵疙瘩、愛吃手打麵、愛吃法國麵包的朋友們，都會愛上、、麵片啦！
Q彈有勁好吃~順便外帶大碗的乾拌麵片~好吃~美味

During lunch time, I originally wanted to eat meatballs, but when I passed by the noodle shop, I saw dumpling noodles, and the noodles took me into the restaurant for dinner!
Friends who love knife-cut noodles, gnocchi, hand-made noodles, and French bread will all fall in love with , , noodles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是第二次跟長輩到華真香麵館外帶，第一次以嘗試的心態買回家，長輩讚不絕口，第二次光顧就更確定要買醬拌（香辣）麵片，也點了肉絲湯。
還沒下熱水的麵片樣子有點像麻將一樣，長方形的塊狀，等到客人點了餐，老闆（娘）才開始把麻將形狀的麵片一塊一塊拉長，丟入滾燙的熱水中煮熟，整個過程，加上怎麼把麵粉揉捏整形成略薄的麻將塊，我光想像就覺得好搞剛。這次大概數了一下老闆約放入31-32塊的麵片成一碗，不過，這是乾麵片，不知道湯麵片的數量會不會有些不同。
醬拌麵片有小黃瓜絲，酸菜，青蔥，燙青菜，還有獨特自製的醬料，有豆瓣香氣，還有一些香料，味道稍微偏重，但我非常喜歡。把整份麵片拌勻，讓每一塊麵片都能均勻裹上醬汁，如果敢吃辣，店家也有特製的辣醬，與醬料非常搭配，建議從小辣開始嘗試。麵片口感Q彈，充滿勁道，牙口不好的長輩，可能要多些咀嚼，但對一般人來說，是非常美味的麵食。
另外點了肉絲湯，是牛肉湯加上豬肉絲，肉絲偏向肉條，較粗也大塊，但非常滑嫩，長輩戴假牙也能輕易入口。
看很多顧客點水餃跟牛肉麵，應該也跟麵片一樣美味，有機會再來嘗試。
