一開始從目映台北得知這間店 至從21年11月第一次去吃就愛上他們家麵線糊 第二次參訪更有時間可以好好品嚐其他菜色 除了人氣麵線糊之外,蝦仁滷肉飯更是絕配 此刻每次到北港一定來這家光顧 不然感覺沒來過北港 其實老闆賣的不只是單單美食 還有最初衷的人情味 隔這麼久沒來,老闆依舊熱情如故。

麵線糊不錯口感滑溜,吃得到肉燥的香氣 ,但是油飯跟南部的不太一樣,既不像米糕,也不像肉燥飯,小菜部分,只點苦瓜跟滷蛋白,價錢便宜但沒有想像中的期待,或許是飲食習慣不一樣,正體上出餐速度快銅板價就給4顆星。

2022/4/21到訪.想必是明天媽祖聖誕所以進了北港後就沿路看到很多香腳 接近中午時分進店內就正好看到三立電視台的人在採訪,攝影大哥架著攝影器材在作事前準備動作 便宜好吃沒問題,點了一堆東西竟然用不到兩張百元鈔,蛋白不是豆干也是獨步全省的一絕, 美食的介紹看看別人給的評論就好,我看到幾個比較不一樣的點: 老一代老闆接了電話,頻頻對電話裡應該是要訂餐的客人道歉,說接近中午就會賣完,他要煮一鍋很耗時會來不及(well,我也是某次看到電視節目介紹老闆很早就起來準備,然後好幾道工法去做成這麼費工夫的的美味食物,所以心裡是懂得這絕對不是可以賺快錢的生意),我坐的位置最靠近電話跟老老闆,我感覺的到他做生意的誠意跟真的沒讓客人吃到他的美食的歉意,我覺得這是一個境界了 然後逛了朝天宮一陣子後回來,隔著對街看到老闆在門外給三立的攝影大哥跟記者採訪,我駐足看了一陣子,聽的到老闆很仔細地以在地人的角度說明媽祖跟文化等等的事情(看到他的氣場,跟侃侃而談的樣子,我突然覺得他會不會也正好是里長或商業促進會的會長之類的) 毋庸置疑這是個很棒的地方美食,但不止於此,還可以吃的到文化,跟老闆的誠意用心
