過中午來用餐只有一桌客人,6樣菜都道地鮮甜,每人約400元很划算。只是場地風比較大,餐廳是鐵皮搭建比較簡單。

連假+偏鄉 沒預約的去訪 還好還有的用餐 六個大人1個小孩 總共吃2000元 8道菜35分鐘上完 算是還不錯的速度 份量如再稍微多一些 整體而言會更好 菜色要看餐廳準備 有想吃的要先預約 餐廳位置不太好找 看導航+沿途路標 在最後的轉彎處進去之後 還要再進去一點才會抵達 希望地方商家能做出名號 永續經營 蒸蒸日上

老闆非常年輕 88年次,真是年輕有為!而且很熱情,被招待了一盤海菜跟炸地瓜 1.烏魚子炒飯好吃!而且竟然才180$,完全超平價 2.蛤蜊真的又大又肥美,超鮮甜,我是不吃海鮮的人,我都敢吃 3.老菜脯蛋跟煎魚的皮稍鹹了一點,配飯都太鹹 4.蒜頭雞湯好喝,很清爽 5.苦茶油麵線很特別,是煎餅的烹調方式 6.梅干扣肉肥瘦適中,配香菜很剛好 整體來說非常的棒,環境寬敞,還可以免費唱卡啦OK?

原本只想給一顆星,看在老闆娘還蠻熱情的且食材算是新鮮,再多給一顆星。今日2月27號中午11點左右,打電話到店裡預約訂位,老闆說今天因為是假日,所以問我預算多少要做無菜單料理,還好有先預約,否則前面兩組客人比我們早到,等了快一個小時沒東西可以吃,真是…..不過我們也好不到哪裡?上了梅乾扣肉,竟然要3⃣️碗白飯,等了快40分鐘才上來….梅乾扣肉都涼了有點油膩又不好吃? 口味:口味上還可以,食材也算新鮮,蛤蠣很大顆,。蝦子也算大隻不過就三隻。梅乾扣肉中規中矩,可惜吃到的是涼的。會上炸地瓜真是匪夷所思?紅燒魚還蠻好吃的。重點來了,無菜單料理,竟然沒有湯???真不知道主廚是如何配菜的???不過有招待一菜應該是涼拌珊瑚藻。 價格:因為我預算1000元(二大一小)加上一瓶飲料$60,總共是1060元,C P值很普通! 服務:吃完飯結帳時,老闆娘有寒暄一下,因為這個動作加了一顆星。第一次到餐廳要三碗白飯,竟然等40分鐘,算是我人生第一次遇到…… 環境:普通不過算是乾淨! 速度:非常非常非常的慢……(我是指三碗白飯)其他兩個小時前預定的菜,勉強可以接受。 停車:有自己的停車空間,停車相當方便,如果裡面滿了,建議可以停外面的廟附近也可以? 總而言之,如果沒有錯這家應該算是新店,整個S O P流程都出現問題,如果再不改進出菜速度,空有好的廚藝及新鮮的食材,我看也是枉然⋯⋯

到附近的滯洪池景區透透氣,因疫情關很久都不敢出門。 用餐時間就近找了這家在地餐廳,明知須預訂,但就想鄰近區域實在不好找到吃的,碰碰運氣,還真讓我遇到好運,老闆很年輕,很客氣,跟我們解釋了要先預約的問題,真的能理解。 熱心老闆詳細介紹了家常特色菜,用餐很愉快(貼心的老闆擔心烏魚子炒飯正常量不夠我們四人吃還特地私下幫我們加了量,謝謝了)。 直得推薦給大家,但記得還是先預約較好。
