以「台灣鯛」本業起家的口湖漁類生產合作社， 成立於1997年，致力於台灣鯛加工產業。 持續與台灣領先的水產科學研究機構緊密合作，並得到政府的高度支持與協助。 口湖漁類順利地獲得國際認證，並成為世界最先進的海產供應廠商之一。 2015年本公司更成立全世界第一座以台灣鯛為主題的觀光工廠， 館內以輕鬆活潑的方式介紹台灣鯛的養殖、加工、生技應用 ，除了可以品嘗鮮美水產外更集育、教、娛樂於一館。
