附設停車場,餐廳內空間非常大,應可容納30桌,有數個包廂;入座後到冰箱視現場食材點餐,店家會建議烹調方式,再自行選擇。 當天抵達已過用餐時間,現場杯盤狼籍,看得出所有工作人員剛送走大量客人準備休息用餐,見到兩位散客仍熱情接待。 炒山蘇:葉片翠綠、口感清脆爽口,以少許樹籽及小魚乾提味,不會過度調味。 九層塔炒風螺:螺又大又新鮮,肉質Q彈、風味鮮美。 竹蛤:以大蔥、九層塔拌炒,肉肥美彈牙又甘甜。 炒烏魚腱:目前正是時節,新鮮未醃漬乾燥的烏魚腱口感紮實爽脆,趁熱吃口感極佳,調味是奶油黑胡椒個人不太習慣,但可感受到用心。 蝦仁炒海參:與彩椒、杏鮑菇同炒,色彩繽紛,蝦仁口感有些不天然,但整體味美。 不小心點了五道熱炒,但調味方式都略有差異,且都能襯托食材原味,價錢合理。
