第一次來這間新光三越,先在GUCCI買了短夾又去YSL買了短夾,到LV排隊進去看有什麼款式的短夾或配件,男店員一臉不是很高興覺得我們沒要買,就跟在後面像是強迫症發作一樣,一直打開桌櫃的東西摸一下橋一下,不然就摸摸展櫃上的包包,然後東看西看,看了他的服務態度我看到想買的商品我也不買了,賣商品有業績獎金也不想給你賺,如果不想做銷售服務顧客就站在門口當門神就好,只要站著也不用說話.

從台北來南部度假,陪當地朋友來LV逛街 有嚇到我,精品銷售素質跟台北差10萬八千里 裡面沒什麼人,所有銷售東張西望裝忙 然後朋友購買了手拿包(25000)多 詢問當時的服務人員,是不是漲價了? 服務人員:「我不清楚,你這個單價很低,要漲也不會很多..」 接著我請她給我們水 服務人員,大聲叫她同事「欸!他們「要」四瓶水!!! 真的是白目又不專業 缺乏訓練又自以為是 不知道這位小姐哪兒受的LV專業訓練? 這種歐巴桑大媽素質也能在此大呼小叫 真心不懂?! 第一、我沒有要水!我不是乞丐! 因為我在信義微風逛街購買時,他們態度都非常好、專業度也很夠!水是馬上送上,而不是說「他們要水」 什麼跟什麼?! 完全不會像台南新天地的LV銷售,真是領教到了!太可怕了~~~~~~ 第二、不論商品價格多少,都不應該講出(你這個單價很低!!!) 多低?!二百五嗎? 這也是上萬~~ 職訓素質都很差! 不過慶幸的事! 我不住在這兒,以後也不會再來這家店逛! 萬幸!

展示櫃上很多客人留下的油漬手印都沒有擦拭,購買的包包連同保護袋放在油膩膩的展示櫃上,這點非常扣分,希望貴店對員工的教育訓練能再加強。 買了Twist MM的包,現貨有瑕疵,等了約兩個禮拜換了一個新的,第一次使用時,調整肩帶扣環就整個彈出,而且還分解掉在地上,拿回店裡換新品,女店員說目前全台沒貨,向國外下訂肩帶可能要等兩個月。後來又電話通知若把原包送回,這樣下訂整組可能會比較快,結果拿原包回店裡時,女店員居然又生出一組包讓我們挑選是否只換肩帶或是整組換,細看那個替代包果然又是瑕疵品,很多地方都有刮痕,二話不說我們當然只換肩帶。 這間店員工的教育訓練真的很有問題。
