除此之外，老闆還搞錯保險日期，保成下一週，也是傻眼，說是會改，但也沒給我們一個回覆，不知道到底改了沒。
教練休息就在抽菸，本來是想跟大自然接觸，但一直聞到菸味感官不佳，雖然教練幽默風趣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朋友推薦，溯溪初體驗。有盥洗設備滿方便，就在梅花溪旁邊，走路很快就到。裝備有些老舊，防寒衣有破損，但無大礙。教練們一路上會用防水相機幫忙拍照紀錄。中餐在溪水中游現煮貢丸高麗菜麵條，搭配滷蛋、豆乾、海帶，吃的還算豐盛（有些團只吃泡麵），到達瀑布上游還有現煮的熱奶茶跟七七乳加巧克力?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司部門活動山訓最佳地點，好玩刺激風景又好，更難得的是BBQ的食材都不錯吃，真是一點都不馬乎，可以玩上一整天。這次我們公司選擇的方案是山訓5項（攀岩、垂降、大擺盪、走鋼索、滑行）+烤肉BBQ,價格合理，路邊都可以停車，工作人員很幽默服務又好，真是美好的一天。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 溯溪的行程真的很棒！這次只有我們同行的朋友共四個人，但給我們兩個教練，一直都有關心我們的狀況，也會一直鼓勵累累的朋友。
然後很想跳水不敢跳水的時候，跟著小安教練就不會有那種最後沒跳的狀況??
刺激但是安全，還可以加碼摔角技的空翻跳水（教練會一起跳）
真的覺得值回票價！一定還會再來參加的！
除了教練以外，風景也真的很漂亮！人不多的時候水相當清澈、有很多魚魚。
很值得來參加的！
