員工有夠爛,買了兩盒生菜莎拉,忘了拿醬料包,員工結帳時並沒有告知,(別家店員都會告知),回家要食用時才發現,因為以經回到家了,不想再出門,所以隔天再去跟店員說明情況,並且拿了發票和明細。 店員竟然跟我說那妳昨天為何不說,現在才來。口氣,態度極差,我回說已經到家了不想出門。 他還硬跟我耍狠說,一直說那你昨天就要來拿啊!?為何今天才來。我說那昨天是你嗎? 我購買時店裡跟本都沒人,沒生意,明明是他,他還硬凹說那如果不是我呢!你要跟我道歉,口氣跟表情就是故意挑釁,嘴還一直重覆,有夠囂張。 其實我也知道他們有一調監視氣的程序,但是他的態度跟口氣實在有夠囂張的。真的有夠過份,我也不是真的非要那兩包醬料不可。只是他自己沒有告知沒有取醬料,還一付賤嘴臉。後來店長吊監視器,昨日確實他沒有告知我,所以沒有取醬料是事實。
