★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打了一通電話去查詢包裹是否到貨，店員回應是我在忙啦，後續回一句你可以掛電話了，結果一個查詢結果都沒回應，事後立馬到店裡買菸順便查包裹，結果一進去反而被問 你要什麼， 欸欸欸我連櫃檯都還沒走到就問我要什麼，真奇葩，結果你在電話中說你在忙，現場過去看的確是剛進貨在忙啦，可是重點上班忙碌中竟然還可以拿著手機在那講電話，還在電話跟我說忙 是要講給我笑嗎，（夜班男店員素質態度怎麼可以那麼差，真是傻眼做個夜班超商員工 還可以這麼囂張 唉……..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛凌晨12：20左右路過想進去買個吃的，一進去就直接請問店員有什麼優惠方案？（想說比較快）他就冷冷地問妳要什麼？我說比方說御飯團，他就回我說架上有寫了，天啊！這什麼服務態度？我只好默默的走去看，但越想約不舒服幹嘛讓他們賺，雖然錢不多但寧可給服務親切的地方賺，拜託員工再教育一下吧！一樣員工龍安路上的7-11和家樂褔員工態度完全不一樣，真的素質差太多了吧！我自己也是服務業，這種員工的態度真的很不適合
