希望貴公司貴門市能仔細過濾服務人員的品質,如果不願意做服務業就乾脆不要做而不是態度這麼差感覺客人欠你錢一樣 尤其中班的女店員,態度實在是太誇張了吧,沒看過會翻白眼以及皺眉的店員 再來也希望貴門市不要只挑好的評論去回覆,剛剛看了一遍您們的評論發現不只一個在討論您們的服務態度問題,希望您們可以好好重視而不是把客人的意見當垃圾,謝謝您!

今日中午13點多至貴門市, 好聲好氣詢問一位女服務人員問題,沒想到一副愛理不理還皺眉甚至用斜眼回答說我不知道⋯ 這種態度實在是令人感到很不舒服!如果不知道沒關係告知一下即可,但至少態度真的可以不用那麼差!當下就直接去另一家門市,他們的態度就好超多,不會像貴門市的某位店員一副愛理不理,可以說是非常失禮的態度! (也有遇過貴門市的其他店員服務態度都很好值得讚賞,就今天這位特別不佳⋯)

看到評論我就放心了,原來態度差不是一天兩天的事,我總共到這間店消費過4次,4次都一樣態度這麼差也是不簡單,7-11遇到會翻客人白眼的店員還真的是第一次,真的不知道一臉不耐煩是怎樣,如果那麼不想面對客人其實可以不要當服務業,10個客人都是好聲好氣的問,然後你們都一副厭世臉+不耐煩外加翻個白眼,還有一個像沒睡飽,出力氣講話好像很困難一樣,看到有人跟你們借用一下小刀也被翻了白眼,19:00這個時段應該是中班的吧~兩個女的,態度完全不OK, 等到哪天被客人當面兇了才要在那邊說什麼服務業很辛酸?,這種態度的店員一點基本態度都沒有。一點也不覺得辛酸,這家店的老闆如果還是覺得用這種店員無所謂,那應該很快就.....
