★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員的作業流程正確符合常識與規則，但是整體表現形似機器人，對待客人也感覺像是在看待機器人。
入店、結帳、離開的口號一切遵照SOP，沒有一句遺漏，但是沒有溫度，抑揚頓挫都像潮濕發霉的錄音帶重覆播放到磨損的聲音。
門店很漂亮、乾淨，但是跟其他7-11相比，沒有人味。
 The work process of the service staff is correct in accordance with common sense and rules, but the overall performance is like a robot, and it feels like looking at the robot when treating guests.
The slogans of entering the store, checking out, and leaving all follow the SOP. There is no omission, but there is no temperature, and the ups and downs are like damp and moldy tapes repeatedly playing to the sound of wear and tear.
The store is beautiful and clean, but compared with other 7-11, it is impersonal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚班的戴眼鏡女店員，遇到好幾次都覺得實在態度很不好！沒有笑容、沒有請、沒有謝謝，結完帳跟你大眼瞪小眼，實在好尷尬，我趕緊笑著對她說謝謝趕緊離開...
只能說，你不尷尬，尷尬的就是別人......我會盡量少進去就是了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 室內外皆有座位，有ATM,沒賣精品咖啡，無化粧室，大夜班的男店員態度很好，晚班女店員就普通，座位區也很乾淨整潔~加分
