原本認為店員都很大聲，覺得沒禮貌，後來才發現其實這附近很多老人家，耳力不好，行動不方便，店員都願意花時間慢慢幫助老人家，排在後面的我，很願意等待。但是就是有很多人，認為店員這樣態度不好，讓他等待。用同理心想，等你老了，就是需要這樣的幫助，多ㄧ點時間等待是值得的。我喜歡這家門市

I thought that the shop assistants were very loud and impolite, but later I discovered that many elderly people around here have poor ears and inconvenient movement. The shop assistants are willing to spend time slowly helping the elderly. I was in the back and I was willing to wait. But there are many people who think that the clerk has such a bad attitude and makes him wait. Think with empathy, when you get old, you need this kind of help. It's worth waiting for more time. I like this store

仗著附近只有這家7-11
服務也沒有想要提升
買熱食要提網也不給
客人手上一堆東西
根本無法徒手拿熱食
造成客人不便
還能稱作是便利商店嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早班有兩個大嬸店員(記得都有戴眼鏡 一個臉上有胎記)態度跩個二五八萬似的，就因為三民路上只有他們一家?特別是早班的，不知道是在囂張什麼
這家在直營店時期很好的，擴大變成加盟店就這樣了
讓人要去買東西非常不方便，沒有人想進門踩到狗大便
也不知道客訴有沒有用處

如果要吃冰的我就不用請你們微波了！
（連剪個開口都沒有是要怎麼熱...
如果今天沒結帳到一半就跑去跟別的小孩聊天！
我還不會上來打負評！
整體感覺就是差！
For the first time, I saw the clerk helping others to check out and ran to chat with the children! The key point is that the microwaved chicken breast still feels iced after microwave?
If I want to eat ice, I don’t have to ask you to microwave it!
(It doesn’t even cut an opening. How hot it is...
If today is not halfway through the checkout, just run to chat with other kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大夜的服務非常好，清晨來買東西，想事情都比較慢，咖啡做好了才想到要加糖，買完便當才想到要買水，但大夜也沒有不滿，依舊客氣的幫我把咖啡重新加糖，繼續幫我結帳！?
