和以前的舊店員們，完全是天壤之別。
7-11的監督訓練機制完全看不到了。
I totally agree with the evaluations of the upstairs. The new store staff has a very bad attitude, ignores reason, loses everything, and looks very awkward, especially the tallest young store manager.
It is totally different from the old shop assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稍早至門市兌換濃萃拿鐵, 結果店員拿錯成美式咖啡給我, 發現後至門市反應將美式咖啡退回, 結果店員直接從旁邊拿了一杯拿鐵給我說是拿錯了, 當下未多想, 後來離開後發現拿鐵已變溫, 且無法確定是否為另一位顧客拿錯後還給門市, 總之是不敢喝了, 希望之後不會再發生這種狀況
