★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個月底看到冰品活動，月初活動開始前就先去訂，也付完款，多次詢問皆說貨還沒來，到昨天告知我訂了18盒有9盒都沒貨，一半都沒貨!真真太跨張!
同一時間向其他門市訂貨的朋友早在月中就拿到貨了，真不知道這間門市到底是怎麼搞的!
I saw an ice product event at the end of last month. At the beginning of the month, I ordered it before the event, and I paid the payment. I asked many times that the goods have not arrived. Yesterday I told me that I ordered 18 boxes and 9 boxes were out of stock. Out of stock! It's too big!
Friends who ordered from other stores at the same time got the goods as early as the middle of the month. I really don’t know how this store did it!

The service attitude & professional quality really needs to be strengthened. For the first time, I wanted to negatively evaluate 7-11, but I didn't encounter such a bad one....
I was KO by the whole family accidentally!

I went to this 711 shop at noon on 9/23 to send shrimp parcels. The clerk not only interfered with how the seller wanted to pack, but also charged more for the bag. The clerk was confident when he did something wrong and didn’t even say sorry. The service attitude was disappointing.
