拿到退貨單去櫃台，
那個早班染長髮戴眼睛女店員，
叫我去機台下拿藍色貼紙，
拿回去重新排隊，又是她結帳，
先當我的面很不耐煩吐大氣，
用好後還小聲口氣很差說下次要自己貼，
是當我出生就會你7-11的退貨方式？
叫我拿貼紙的時候有先說我要自己貼？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛晚上去門市領取包裹，門市小姐第一次幫忙取件時拿錯包裹，第二次取件時，我們只是詢問她手上的包裹是否是我們的名字，門市小姐無視我們的詢問，就一直走去櫃台才問我們名字對不對？真的感覺超差的！
就是擔心妳又拿錯包裹又要再多走一次，才會在半路問妳包裹名字是否是這個！
服務態度請再加強！！
