★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天晚上前往領取包裹，忘記帶身分證，但手邊內的手機剛好有拍照檔案的身分證，就順便問問看是否能取貨，第一次說沒辦法，也就想說沒關係，之後再來領取就可以，離開前，店員特別問了後三碼，還多問了名字，就想說詢問是可以領嗎？店員滿不客氣的說實體證件，覺得當下態度不是很好，並且不能領取何必再多問別人的相關資料呢？若業主有看到回覆訊息，我還蠻想知道店員當下舉動是什麼意思？
I went to pick up the package this evening and forgot to bring my ID card, but the mobile phone on hand happened to have the ID card of the photo file, so I just asked to see if I can pick up the goods. The first time I said there was no way, I also wanted to say that it’s okay, then come to collect it later. Yes, before leaving, the clerk asked the last three digits and asked more about the name, so I wanted to ask, can I get it? The clerk spoke about the physical documents unceremoniously, feeling that the current attitude is not very good, and can not get the relevant information, why ask others? If the owner sees the reply message, I still want to know what the clerk is doing right now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5早上10點打電話至門市，請店員幫忙查找門市託運相關資訊。店員非常有耐心也很細心幫忙查找。知道這不是應該幫忙我，所以真的萬分感謝！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/9日晚間11:40多分去消費，夜班戴眼鏡的店員結完帳後還會摔購物籃。不知道在不開心甚麼。
