★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教育訓練非常不足！結帳誤植重刷整筆至少3次，等到都不餓了！只在乎自己是否需要賠錢，把客人晾在旁邊，又去結別人的帳！也沒有主動提醒是否要累積會員，即使我們說了要累積，最後還是忘了！更不會主動給予集點貼紙，少給的部份是要自己蒐集還是？微波食品好了也沒有提醒，就一直放在裡面，而且微波好竟然還是冷的！客人沒幾個，員工就已經很混亂了，若大批客人前來呢？
