9/21這天早上我不小心打破一瓶飲料，我當下也趕快清乾淨讓其他客人方便可以行走，並且請我母親先去把我弄破的那一瓶拿到櫃檯結帳。
結果裡面的櫃檯人員（女生）態度非常差，口氣也超級差（是真的非常非常差）的說「拖把在後面，自己清乾淨，你打破的自己付錢」
我當然知道自己用破的要自己負責，但是妳口氣未免也太差了吧！還白了我一眼，後來看我用好要去結帳，她還特意走到後面檢查我有沒有清乾淨，檢查好之後也沒有打算到櫃檯結帳，就一直站在掃具間跟我對看，就是不幫我結帳。
還好旁邊另一位正在清點物品的服務人員（男生）態度非常好，過來幫我結帳時（我也有說明我弄破飲料，所以幫我把破掉的算進去）這時候那個女店員才走出來很大聲的說「她打破的也要算」….
這感覺真的很差…同樣是7-11，為什麼這間店的女店員態度這麼差，我從頭到尾都好聲好氣的說話，我也沒有說過不要負責，她的態度真的不讓人喜歡。

It feels really bad... It's also 7-11. Why is the attitude of the female clerk in this store so bad? I spoke kindly from beginning to end, and I never said not to be responsible. Her attitude is really not allowed. People like it.
