★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員親切，店面乾淨。大夜班的值班人員都很好。有一次掉了悠遊卡，店員花了許多時間幫我找，最後找到了，也貼心叮嚀我要下次要小心。常常會在這邊等人吃飯，窗口邊有一排座位。
The clerk is kind and the store is clean. The staff on the night shift are very good. Once I lost the EasyCard, the clerk spent a lot of time to help me find it, and finally found it, and also kindly reminded me to be careful next time. 2.對7-11活動可能還需加強，先前官網寫預購三倍券大杯拿鐵第二杯半價，結果表明要使用，店員表示單據已印出無法使用，然後說到時來領券也可以享有，事實卻是領券沒此活動

10/12下午前往取貨被告知找不到卡表示需要時間找，於是10/13 12:40再次前往門市領取，結果被告知卡以被人取走。
實在很不想把氣發在你們身上，服務業裡尤其便利商店人員最為辛苦 我很理解。。。但就整件事情我的理解為你們的人為疏失，導致我得浪費時間跑兩趟。
已尋求其他管道詢問解決辦法
