★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近（110年12月）夜班有一個阿姨跟一個短髮的女生，那個阿姨動作很慢又很愛抱怨。人多的時候還在跟前面的客人聊天慢慢來。甚至跟客人有不必要的爭執，比如我上次跟她說我不要袋子，發票也還沒打出來，但她硬要跟我爭我剛說的是要袋子==遇到她10次，至少有8次的臉都在皺眉語氣也很差==另一個短髮的女生就很正常，可以把阿姨換掉嗎？？？
Recently (December 110) there was an aunt on the night shift with a girl with short hair. The aunt was very slow and complained a lot. When there are a lot of people, I'm still chatting with the guests in front of me slowly. I even have unnecessary disputes with customers. For example, I told her last time that I don’t want a bag, and the invoice hasn’t been printed yet, but she insisted on arguing with me. What I just said was to have a bag == I met her 10 times, at least My face is frowning 8 times and the tone is bad == Another girl with short hair is normal. Can I change the aunt? ? ?

下次寧可走遠一點去全家或萊爾富，也不敢再去了。

I watched them handle other guests' business with even worse attitude!
I didn't expect Uni-President to train such employees... It was an eye-opener for me.
Next time I would rather go a little farther to the whole family or Lairford than to go again.
