臨櫃點啤酒的時候
因為較年輕的店員正為其他客人結帳
請另一位較年長的同事幫忙結帳
向年長店員點了啤酒
直接回應我「那個我不會用」
隨即轉身離開繼續去做自己的事
當下除了傻眼還有點不悅
難道這是7-11的教育訓練？？？
給一顆星都嫌多！
Went here on 5/5 night for two draft beers
I thought it could be solved quickly in ten minutes
It took half an hour...
When ordering beer at the counter
Because younger clerks are checking out other customers
Ask another older colleague to help with the checkout
Ordered a beer from the older clerk
Respond directly to me "that I can't use"
Then turn around and leave and go on to do your own thing
