購買副食品,賣家用統一超冷凍賣貨便寄到店,9/5查詢系統顯示已到店,9/6 上午近8時收到到貨簡訊,於當日榜晚1800時左右去取貨,門市店員說謊堅稱貨還沒到,要晚上1900才會進貨,當下就有告知他我已收到簡訊通知,他連去冷凍庫看都不願意,迫於無奈只好晚一小時再去。 晚上1900打算出門之前還特意去電問門市到貨沒,門市回答已到店,請家人約2045到店代領,櫃台人員卻告知「包裹不見了、應該是被物流收走」. ??‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️ 實在有夠離譜,顧店顧到東西被拿走都還不知道,要等到客戶去領才發現,而且當下還不是很確定是哪個物流收走,造成顧客白跑兩趟、損失寶貴時間,根本在整人、3位門市人員都毫無責任感可言! 物品沒有在門市去向不明、是否失溫、誰拿走的都很多因素尚未釐清,賣貨便客服18點已時下班,求助無門之下,只好趕緊到門市(約2230)想尋求門市店長幫忙,店員只說他們有傳訊息給店長,我當場請求打給她,門市人員回應我店長應該已經在休息.不方便、要等明天中午十二點她上班才能幫我追查 ??? 我的貨品在門市不見了,請問誰能靜靜等12小時呢?我只是想親口拜託店長幫忙 ,門市人員寧願得罪客戶都不肯立刻打電話給她,非要顧客自己要求物流士姓名時意外發現進貨單上就已有他的聯絡電話,才要聯繫店長。 我損失權益感覺還被孤立,如果說門市僅1個人的與顧客應對有問題,還可歸咎個人行爲,3個人都有問題,不就是管理者也有問題了嗎? 9/7上午1130店長才打給我解釋情況,推說門市人員是新進人員操作不熟悉(我看到現場3人都有自己的名牌,哪裏像是新進人員了?) 還說店員沒有告訴她當時發生什麼事(事實上店員親口跟我說他有傳文字訊息了)、她還說她在洗澡她不知道⋯⋯當我指責她管理有瑕疵,沒有及時幫我處理,她還回我說「我沒有不處理啊、拜托你也要給我時間吧」這是什麼口氣? 這像是打來道歉的嗎?還有為什麼我要給妳時間啊? 收到簡訊當天我就去門市要領貨了,店員騙我還沒到、我請家人去領才發現東西不見了,是我的問題嗎? 我想追查流向拜託店員立刻聯繫店長,在我最需要店長花2分鐘接電話親口給我承諾會幫我追查時,當時貴店給我那2分鐘了嗎?我當時根本沒跟店長說到話!最後我強烈要求下,櫃台才去聯繫物流士的,根本感受不到店家有要幫忙的誠意。 店員整人害顧客白跑、還要受鳥氣奉勸各位慎選門市取件。 ***後記 9/8 晚間1900已收到由區顧問代賠償包裹等值理賠金,僅此而已,門市疏失造成本人困擾,故在此發表此次消費經驗評論,本人並無要求門市端其他彌補慰問,特此澄清聲明。

The manager called me at 1130 in the morning of 9/7 to explain the situation, and said that the store staff were new entrants who were unfamiliar with the operation (I saw that 3 people on the scene had their own brand names, where did they look like new entrants?) and said that the clerk did not tell her What happened at that time (in fact, the clerk told me that he had sent a text message), she also said that she was taking a bath, she didn’t know... When I accused her of flawed management and failed to help me deal with it in time, she said back to me "I don't want to deal with it, please give me time too." What kind of tone is this? Does this look like an apology? And why should I give you time? On the day I received the newsletter, I went to the store to pick up the goods. The clerk cheated me before I arrived. I asked my family to pick it up and found that the item was missing. Is it my problem? I want to track down the flow and ask the store clerk to contact the store manager immediately. When I need the store manager to spend 2 minutes answering the phone and promise me to help me track it down, did your store give me the 2 minutes? I didn't speak to the store manager at all! In the end, I strongly demanded that the counter contacted the logistics agent. I couldn't feel the sincerity of the store to help. 員工教育訓練有待加強。客人要寄的小件物品用氣泡墊信封袋不合宅急便規定,店員可以主動提供解決方案啊!不是有經濟宅急便可以摺成小紙箱來寄嗎?只是冷冷地回答:這個不能寄。客人當然就不會再回來啦!
