內部空間寬敞,用餐座位也很多,還設有兒童閱讀區,只是距離善化車站最接近的7-11竟然要走這麼遠……

這家7-11服務非常爛-----去貨物品要自己找,奉勸消費者找其它7-11店。(竟然總公司沒這規定那是店長規定------?)

今天早上9點去門市購買飲料,至櫃檯告訴店員我要買一箱,結帳時我出示虛擬卡條碼給店員刷,結果發現店員只結帳一瓶而已,當下立刻跟店員反應,店員並無感覺有哪裡做錯了,還要消費者把那一瓶飲料買下來,服務態度極為不佳,總公司應對於該門市人員訓練和服務態度加以檢討改進,避免類似情況再度發生。
I went to the store to buy a drink at 9 o'clock this morning. I told the clerk at the counter that I wanted to buy a box. When I checked out, I showed the virtual card barcode to the clerk to swipe. It turned out that the clerk only checked out one bottle. I immediately responded to the clerk, but the clerk did not feel anything If something went wrong, consumers were asked to buy the bottle of drink, and the service attitude was extremely poor. The head office should review and improve the training and service attitude of the store staff to prevent similar situations from happening again.
