6/7早上08:30左右的男店員 服務態度不佳 沒睡飽還是心情不好? 講多少錢講的不清不楚 動作又慢 後面客人排隊都塞車了 拿發票給客人 臭臉? 是在哈囉 服務業做成這樣 我想也不錯用做了吧?

今天在未來門市消費,購買了5支瑞穗鮮乳冰棒。 冰棒拆開後顏色不均勻,吃起來有沙沙的口感,且味道很奇怪。 仔細一看,雖未過有效期限,但也已經存放超過一年。 因此,打電話致未來門市反應。 反應完後門市的店員說請我們將冰棒帶回店內,但我跟店員說冰棒已經快融化了。 店員回說:「你希望我們怎麼做?」 或許店員的意思是,請我們將冰棒帶回店內做更換,但當下我也只是表明冰棒已融化。 有可能店員認為我在刁難,但我只是單純陳述事實,並無刁難之意。 最後小姐有說會跟上級報告,並詢問是否需要做反饋,以及補償(雖然最後也沒詢問聯絡資訊)。 今天如果身為消費者發現店家問題,提醒店家,但卻獲得如此的回應,真的令人很失望。
