自從八月換了整組新店員後,整體的素質都下降許多,尤其是大夜童先生,20200831大夜時間(0310)進入店面卻未看到童先生,直到購買完畢,將商品放於收銀櫃檯亦未看到童先生,直到我觸發自動門門鈴兩次以上,才看到童先生出現,而童先生出現時卻相當沉默,在結帳時亦未說明總價多少,找錢時更是直接將找錢放至桌上,然後就職階離開收銀櫃檯,拿著手機進到倉庫內,從頭到尾不發一語,給人的觀感差勁無比 與7-11客訴後,雖然回復"本中心已將您的來信進行轉會門市的主管了解,且進一步檢視加強宣導教育",但在今日20200909,早上0655去消費時,卻未見童先生有所改善,一進店門就看到地上有些許髒汙未清理,而在選購商品的期間,不時地看到童先生頻繁的進入內場,與疑似早班人員嘻笑閒聊,而當我至櫃台結帳時並欲領取網路購物,在報上號碼後,童先生一手插口袋,態度看似相當輕浮的去尋找我的商品,而當我付款完後,童先生盡然將找我的錢直接放到桌上,而非拿到我手上,或許是為了防疫,但對其他客人卻未如此,而當櫃台沒客人時,童先生又立刻跑到內場找疑似是早班的人員,出來後雙手插口袋,態度實在很不可取 這間店的以前的大夜跟我感情還挺不錯的,晚上碰到都會閒聊哈拉個幾句,也很願意去消費,但這個大夜的服務態度實在讓我不敢恭維

大夜班的童先生服務態度真的很差,白天跟晚班店員與實習店員的服務與態度,都比這位童先生好太多了!至於童先生說自己的服務與態度很好,那就讓去該店消費的客人去做評論了!
