門市營業時間與google map上顯示的不符,如有更改還請修正google map的標示,以免令人白跑一趟(早上6點還不能進店,知道店員很辛苦,但由於真的只有這個時間能到門市辦事,希望不會再出現實際情況與google map標示不合的情形,謝謝)

在8/1深夜約12點鐘時,剛下班的我騎到貴店,準備拿取店到店網路貨物 不料正巧遇見兩名店員貌似收班,經過男店員委婉告知,才得知現在沒有24小時全時段營業(這部分我覺得回應上並沒有什麼問題)我也就就默默退到店外。 我呆在門外思考著明天何時前來,看見兩位還在櫃檯,便想再進入詢問隔天營業時間,我走向叮咚自動門(門沒開)店內的他們也望向我這邊,此刻令人不解的行為發生了,男女店員看著我後,開始倉庫方向「逃跑」 我就看著她們倆的身影消失在貨架中不見了(我很確定他們也都有看見門外的我) 我前來打擾的時間或許已經不提供服務,甚至可能計時制人員已經不計薪了,但比起直接烙跑,走向前來就算隔著玻璃門,叫我明日請早,會比較妥當。

因工作關係,偶爾經過這間門市進來消費,卻都能感受到店員的服務品質不佳,現在是因為疫情關係大家都戴著口罩,都還能感受店員的態度冷漠,萬一是露著臉,豈不是讓客人看清不悅的臉色?雖說7-11的工作並非是賣笑,但 1. 面對客人和顏悅色,說話語調平和有禮 2.結帳時或與客人對話要面對並注視客人 是最基本的服務業精神,若連這個都沒有,那又何必來這裡工作?結帳時也是從來不會主動詢問客人有沒有會員需要輸入,好幾次正準備報上電話號碼累積點數,就看到發票已經列印出來……雖然消費金額不大,但幾番錯失累積機會,也是客人的損失,7-11總公司能提供客戶這部分的賠償嗎? 若不能,那麼是否結帳時溫馨的提醒客人有沒有點數累積的需求,不也是店員的工作內容嗎? 希望你們能思量一下,若能改善以上這些缺失,相信你們的客源會越來越多
