1.搞不清楚顧客排隊先後順序，熟客直接插隊把外帶杯放桌上她就先處理那位的餐點，完全不管乖乖排隊的其他客人
2.不確定是否為痼疾或職災，朱姓員工腳不太方便，領取貨品需耗費相當體力，員工本身看起來也相當不舒服（好像顧客刻意找她麻煩一樣），面對需取貨的客人反而延遲了結帳速度造成排隊群聚。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間便利商店很奇怪，20多年來請的店員除了極少數服務態度不錯之外，向來都很糟糕，可能是生意不錯再加上老闆和店員都認為顧客在便利商店花的都是小錢，所以不重視吧，難怪時常有便利商店店員被顧客攻擊的新聞，可想而知，應該多半都是店員服務態度不佳所致。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道這間的服務怎麼變得那麼差，結帳摔東摔西心不甘情不願的，裝袋就像在包垃圾一樣，紙袋裝微波食品隨便塞，塑膠袋裝袋的商品也用丟的，不知道的人還以為他在包垃圾，我還買了蛋，他還這樣摔，態度非常差。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次發一顆星。覺得這間店，對小七來說，氛圍很奇怪，兩點整，一群人圍著櫃檯，像是要做什麼稽核或是看起來是上級長官那樣。都不知道擋住了其他消費者。
這樣顧客關係是不是沒人管理？
如果是上級長官那就回去好好整頓吧！
